Return and Exchange
At IKON we strive for customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may make an impulse purchase or a product may not fit you exactly how you imagined it would. Not to worry, we offer free returns.
Though we do not do any refunds, we will happily offer you the option to exchange: for a different size or colour, for another choice or offer you credit for a future purchase.
How to return
We will pay for the return delivery (for the first return), now how good is that? Just make sure you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order and we will send someone to pick it up from your location. All items should be in their original condition and returned new, unused, with original tags still attached, unwashed and free from make-up and stains.
An order may only be returned once for free. Any additional returns within the same order will incur a charge of Rs. 300.
Though we pay upmost attention to get you a quality product, there may be an unlikely occasion where item(s) you receive are damaged or faulty. In this case please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will offer you an exchange or credit.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide an exchange or credit.
Exchange and credit value
The exchange or credit value will be the amount you paid when you purchased the item. This includes sale items. If you are exchanging for a different item you will have to pay the price difference if any.
Items that cannot be exchanged or credited
Items not in their original condition, used, without original tags, washed, damaged or stained may not be eligible for exchange or credit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
At this moment we do not do any refunds. However we will happily offer you an exchange or credit for a future purchase.
How to send your returns
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (via email through email@example.com).
Pack the item(s) and invoice in the same or similar packaging and make sure the package is completely sealed. Returns or exchanges that are not carefully packed and sealed may not be accepted.
We will organise a courier to pick up the return at your convenience.
